This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for custom apparel products purchased through DORJI SHANTINIKETAN’s platform.
Cancellations
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, cancellations are generally not accepted once an order has been placed.
- If you still wish to cancel, please contact our customer support within 5-7 days of placing your order. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that once production has begun on your custom item, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the item received has wrong size/specifications compared to what was ordered.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team within 5-7 days of receiving the product with clear photographs of the issue.
- The request will be evaluated once our team has verified the discrepancy between the ordered and delivered specifications.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to credit the refund.
